The next thing we want to do is make the text look like it's behind the artwork, but not behind the Frosted Glass effect.

We are also going to add an effect called a drop shadow to the text to add depth. Drop shadows are handy adjustments that make text (or any other image) look like its hovering above the layer below it. It's subtle, but it does the trick and makes things come alive when used correctly.

Finally, we are going to move the Text layer down one level. We do this by selecting the Text layer and hitting the down arrow key on the Layers window. This will bring our text under the main layer, but in front of the Desert Art duplicate layer that has the Frosted Glass effect:
