We discussed the R programming language in earlier chapters and installed it in our platform in Chapter 2, Data Modeling and Management Platforms. R has libraries that can be used for unstructured data analysis, including clustering, classification, and using machine learning algorithms. 

In this section, we are going to analyze unstructured data using the R programming language. We are going to use tm: Text Mining Package (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/tm/index.html) from R. Here are the steps to analyze unstructured data:
