Turkey Club Wrap

Pass on the huge dinner club sandwiches and make your own lightened-up version. Lean protein in a properly portioned tortilla means there’s room for a little mayo and bacon. This simple wrap is a perfect example of how all foods can fit into a healthy diet.

Makes: 1 serving

Serving size: 1 wrap

2 tsp mayonnaise

8-inch (20cm) flour tortilla

3oz (225g) deli-sliced turkey breast

1 slice cooked bacon

1 slice roasted red bell pepper

  1. Spread the mayonnaise over the tortilla and then top with the turkey, bacon, and roasted red pepper.
  2. Roll up the tortilla while tucking in the sides. Cut in half and serve promptly or wrap it up and take it to go.

{TIP}

Never miss an opportunity to pile veggies on a sandwich; cucumbers, shredded carrots, and baby spinach are amazing additions to this wrap.
