Cloud Gatherings

There is no better way to get started learning about the value of cloud computing than to go to conferences and cloud gatherings. Although we don’t have room to mention all the organizations and companies that offer conferences and meetings, here are some to give you a starting point.

CloudCamps

Everyone fondly remembers fun times at summer camp. CloudCamps aren’t exactly the same, but they are great gatherings all over the world that bring together thinkers and doers. Check for a CloudCamp near you at www.cloudcamp.org .

Through a series of local CloudCamp (started by Dave Nielson, Reuven Cohen and Sam Charrington. The first CloudCamp was held June 24, 2008 in San Francisco. The organization organizes events, attendees exchange ideas, knowledge, and information in a creative and supporting environment, advancing the current state of cloud computing and related technologies.

Cloud computing conferences

One of the best ways to learn about what is happening in cloud computing is to go to one of the conferences. Because there are so many, we thought we’d give you a link to a calendar.
