Header or disclaimer

Proper script style also means adding a header or disclaimer to your script, especially when working on scripts and modules in an enterprise environment. The header should contain the necessary information about the author, any copyright claims (if applicable), and the purpose of the script. A disclaimer should be added to describe the license, if applicable:
