Portal v3.0 is capable of producing Web-based forms to access various data objects in the Oracle database. Portal v3.0 is also capable of creating and maintaining content-oriented Web sites.
NOTE
A content-oriented Web site is one where everything displayed upon a browser is pre-determined, with no direct access to information in the database.
