Complete physical and virtual migrations

Successfully migrate physical and virtual machines to a new virtual platform, as per the design.

VM hardware upgrade

The VMs should be upgraded to the highest level of hardware supported by the hosts on the target platform.

Virtual hardware standardization

The migration of the VMs should, as far as possible, facilitate the standardization of the VM hardware, including the VMXNET version and SCSI adapter.
