This appendix contains a specification for the user interface component of the loan processing system.
This is the user interface specification for the loan processing system. The intent of this specification is to provide a conceptual model from which a physical user interface prototype, and later a physical user interface, may be constructed. It was derived from the elaborated use case model of the loan processing system (see Appendix C).
Partitions
Using the user group approach, we have partitioned the use case model into two sets of users: customers and loan department employees (Figure D-1). These groups determine the fundamental needs to access parts of the system. Additional information will be accessible on an actor-by-actor basis.
