Building a BLE Central and Peripheral Communication System

Bluetooth Low Energy is a comparatively recent communication technology that is spreading wildly in our world. Due to low power consumption, it is easily implementable on cellular platforms, thus providing millions of users a fast and secure way to transfer their data from one device to another.
