Steve Goodyear works as an independent consultant based in Vancouver, Canada, where he engages as an enterprise consultant, solution architect, and strategy advisor for large enterprise and government clients.

Recently, Steve worked for Microsoft as an Enterprise Consultant in Microsoft Consulting Services where he engaged as a SharePoint specialist with Microsoft’s largest enterprise and government customers around North America to design technology solutions to solve their most challenging business problems. Before joining Microsoft, Steve also worked for Electronic Arts as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead, where he was also responsible for a global multi-farm SharePoint environment.

Steve is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and he holds several Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications, including: MCITP: SharePoint Administration, MCITP: SQL Server Administration and SQL Server Development, MCPD: ASP.NET Development, MCTS: MOSS and WSS Configuration and Development, and MCTS: TFS Configuration and Development.
