Social features

Social accounts allows us to connect your Twitter and Facebook accounts to the Salesforce account and contact. We can connect the social media accounts to the contact records and stay updated with their latest activities. We can connect the following social networks with Salesforce to the Contact, Lead, and account.

Twitter

We can see bios, recent tweets, and the people who are following and being followed by our Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads by connecting to their Twitter account.

Facebook

Facebook helps us find common interests. For contacts, leads, and person accounts, we can see profiles, status updates, and the number of mutual friends we share. For business accounts, we can see customers' corporate social media presence such as their company profile and wall posts.

Klout

We can use Klout to see the influence of our accounts, contacts, and leads on social media, who they influence, who influences them, and the topics they talk about.

YouTube videos

YouTube helps us find and view videos related to your accounts, contacts, and leads.
