INGREDIENTS
2 cups homemade yogurt
2 cups English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 TB. lemon juice
2 TB. fresh dill weed
1 tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
METHOD
1 In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, English cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill weed, sea salt, and black pepper.
2 Cover tightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
