irst, I want to thank David Pallai for publishing the second edition of this

book. His advice and encouragement were invaluable to me during the

writing and editing process. I also want to thank Jenifer Niles, my editor

on the first edition. This book would not have been possible without her help and

support. A big thank you to Tom Sloper for writing the foreword, and an equally
