Our Public Educational System is Failing Us

I am sick of paying to be served by ignorance. I’m not talking about attitudes here; I am speaking of service provided by people who are completely incapable of communication because of their lack of basic education. In our society, with the emphasis on service being required by virtually every company, I find this to be absolutely unacceptable. Basic reading and communication skills must be required in our educational systems; they are not.
