The case study here is based entirely on a client of mine who has experienced in a matter of months a complete corporate culture change by practicing the philosophies of the companies portrayed in this book. I have observed the changes in the company and have seen the powerful differences that these changes have made. This case study is applicable to companies of all types and of most sizes.

The executives of this company have given me permission to tell their story, but I’m not going to use real names. Following the description of their efforts, I’ll summarize what was done, how it can be matched step-by-step, and what has been learned from the companies discussed within this book.
