2. What would success look like?
- Benefits of resolving the conflict
- Vision of the future with conflict resolved
3. What will some challenges be?
- In what areas might I encounter difficulty?
- Internal and external challenges and limits
- What personal habits, judgments, or tendencies could interfere?
- What external pressures are present?
- Costs/benefits of continuing the status quo
- Alternatives to a successful resolution of the conflict
4. What do I know from past experience?
- What have I learned from other situations like this?
- My own experiences
- Others' experiences
- What makes me think I will be helpful here?
5. What will increase the likelihood of success this time?
- What people, reference material, and personal strengths will support me in the process?
- How will I handle the unexpected?
6. When will I review accomplishments?
- What is the time frame I'm anticipating?
- How and when will I write about the process?
