In this chapter, you learned about the main Blender modeling tools, what their effects are, how to use them, and how to adjust their options once they are applied to your mesh. This should give you a head start with modeling and you should be able to create simple models using these tools to modify and shape your meshes. You’ve also seen that you can perform almost all of these actions using keyboard shortcuts. (Of course, you can also access them through the menus and you can reference their keyboard shortcuts from those menus.) It may be difficult to remember all the shortcuts right away, but in the long run, you’ll be thankful for knowing them because they will allow you to work a lot faster!
