The company SICK provides a variety of laser scanners that can be used indoor or outdoor. The SICK Laser Measurement System (LMS) 5xx and 1xx models are commonly used in autonomous cars for obstacle detection. They provide a scanning range of 180 degrees and have high-resolution laser data. The list of SICK laser scanners available on the market can be found at https://www.sick.com/in/en.
