The PROC FCMP statement begins the FCMP step. The OUTLIB= option specifies the three-level name of an output package where the compiled functions are stored. Function and subroutine names must be unique within a package.

proc fcmp outlib=orion.functions.dev;

The OUTLIB= option is required.
