In order to make the most effective use of the tools and activities included in each chapter, the following matrix provides a cross-referencing of them by audience and purpose/use. For example, a tool found in Chapter 3, Communicating Effectively Across Cultures, may also be useful as a team-building activity or as a strategic organizational change intervention.
