To verify the installation, you should double-check the following points in the admin portal of Azure Stack:
If the resource group in Azure Stack whose name you have provided during the deployment of the resource provider exists and the resources are created, the deployment should be fine.
Based on my experiences, it is good to wait 1-2 hours before starting the next steps and creating offers with the Microsoft SQL resource provider, as some steps need to be done internally with Azure Stack before completely enabling the new resource provider.
