LEARN THE NAKED TRUTH
ABOUT BUSINESS TODAY
This pithy and provocative book probes
what really goes on in the world of
business once you get beneath the
slick, airbrushed facade. It examines
the people that run companies – CEOs,
managers, directors – and dissects the
temptations, the inuences and the
often ill-advised liaisons and strategies
of corporate life. It strips bare a side of
business seldom talked about, rarely
admitted to, but one you will readily
recognize.
Cutting, witty and a fast-paced read,
this book is nevertheless based on
rigorous research and veriable facts.
It brings together a host of surprising
ndings that cut through conventional
perceptions of how business works to
show what really goes on, and how
that affects a range of factors including
business performance, share prices and
executive salaries.
Freek Vermeulen isn’t afraid to take
aim – and re – at the fundamental
nature of business. As a result, Business
Exposed will entertain and appal you in
equal measure with its no-holds barred
analysis of the quirks, scandals, counter-
intuitive facts and downright silliness
that make up business today.
Reveals the plain, unvarnished truth
about business. Everything you ever
wanted to know, but no one would ever
tell you (even if you thought to ask!).
