Mentoring Competence Measures

Feedback is crucial to effective learning. Mentors need feedback just as much as protégés. To make the “getting feedback” process easier, we have included two versions of the Mentoring Competence Measure—one to be distributed to those you mentor, one that can be used as a self-assessment tool.
