To create a duty, follow these steps:

1. Choose to add a new item to the project.
2. In the Add New Item dialog, select Security from the left-hand list and Security Duty from the right.
3. Enter ConWHSVehicleTableInquire in the Name field and click on Add.
4. Complete the Description property; this should describe to the security administrator what this duty does, such as "Responds to inquiries in to vehicle records".
5. Complete the Label property by giving a short description for the security administrator, such as Inquire into vehicle records.
6. In the designer, drag the ConWHSVehicleTableView security privilege onto the Privileges node.
7. Repeat this for all duties required, for example a ConWHSVehicleTableMaintain duty that will have the ConWHSVehicleTableMaintain privilege.
