Sometimes it is necessary to establish a dedicated network connection between your organization's internal network and the AWS cloud. The AWS Direct Connect service helps you do this. It uses the industry standard 802.1q VLAN, which allows the network to be partitioned into multiple virtual networks. AWS Direct Connect improves the network speeds.
