Downloading the code

The source code and SharePoint Branding Kit is available from the Apress web site http://www.apress.com/9781430240266. Click on the Source Code/Downloads tab from the book details page. The SharePoint Branding Kit .zip file is password protected: Use the password “SBK” without quotes to unlock the file. These files should not be distributed or sold, but used as a starting point for your projects.
