Problem Description

A manufacturing company would like to enable its distributors to link their ordering systems directly into its order processing system.

At this stage, the system need only allow external vendors to submit new orders. No functionality for querying order status or updating customer information is necessary at the present time.

The company already has a public Web site with ordering capabilities based on Microsoft COM and IIS technologies.
