Download and install the Microsoft SOAP Toolkit from http://msdn.microsoft.com/SOAP on your system. Be sure to read the prerequisites before installation.

Download and unzip the sample files to a subdirectory on your local system.

Create the SXML-OrderDatabase ODBC System data source using the ODBC applet of the Control Panel. The data source should point to the OrderDatabase.mdb database that is included with the sample files.

Register the OrderHandler.wsc component either by right-clicking and selecting Register from the shell, or by using regsvr32.exe from the command line:

Share the OrderHandlerIIS sample subdirectory as the OrderHandler virtual directory of the default Web site, either by using the Internet Services Manager or by right-clicking on the subdirectory and going through the Web Sharing tab of the Properties dialog using the Windows shell.

Test the installation using the StandaloneOrderHandlerTest.vbs and OrderHandlerSOAPTest.vbs scripts.
