VIDEO FILE TYPES
Higher-quality videos will result in larger file sizes.
| 3GPP | A multimedia format created primarily for viewing videos on mobile devices. |
| AVI Audio Video Interleave | An older, but still common file format which is universally accepted by most devices. AVI files are typically larger than other video formats. |
| FLV Flash Video File | A file that plays on an Adobe Flash enabled device. In the past, some video sharing websites did not support FLV files. |

| MOV MPEG 4 for Apple Quicktime | The MOV file format was primarily designed and developed for Apple computers. In the past, some video sharing websites did not support MOV files. |
| MP4 MPEG-4 | Similar to a MOV, but developed later, an MP4 can be played on either PCs or MACs. The format is supported by most video sharing websites and is often considered an industry standard. |
| WMV Windows Media Video | Designed for PCs, WMV formats result in a small file size, but a lower-quality video. |
