SLEEP RECOVERY

So you wake up tired, haven’t had a good night’s sleep and you feel pretty lousy. For all our best efforts not every night will be a great night of sleep. What do you do in these situations? A bad night’s sleep doesn’t have to mean the whole day is ruined. By taking the time to relax upon waking you can undo some of the effects of a poor night’s sleep. Simply take the time to do the energy exercises in the morning. Take deep breaths and make sure you relax all the parts of the body where you feel tension or feel tired. Also do not worry about a poor night’s sleep. You can always catch up later.
