1. Complete the following sentences to gain insight into your view of the world:
   ‘Life is …’
   ‘My life is …’
   ‘People are …’
   ‘The world is ...’
2. The next thing is to look at what sort of life a person would have if they had that belief. For example how would life turn out for a person who had the view that they couldn’t trust people.
3. You can even interview people you know to find out how you come across to them.
