Kurumi Aoyama was born in
Aichi, Japan, in 1987. She
works as an illustrator and
was awarded with the Nangya
Korya prize in 2008. She is
also a member of the Tokyo
Illustration Center. Some of
her favorite bands are Anal
Cunt, Babes in Toyland,
Black Sabbath, The Damned,
Dinosaur Jr., The Melvins, My
Bloody Valentine, Neil Young,
The Slits, Sonic Youth and The
Stooges.
