Objectives

Chapter 14 provided an overview of the DB2 AIV Extenders product. The objective of this chapter is to discuss AIV Extenders in more detail covering the product installation, configuration, and usage. In addition to stopping and starting the AIV instance, no other administration is required. By the end of this chapter, you should be able to set up and use AIV Extenders.
