Robert H. Vaughn, Ph.D., is president of Arvon Management Services, located near Cleveland, Ohio. He currently works as an author, speaker, and business consultant. Bob is the former Dean of Business and a Professor Emeritus of Management at Lake-land Community College in Ohio. His background includes management and staff positions in the fields of publishing, training, banking, industrial engineering, human resources planning, the military, and higher education. Bob holds undergraduate degrees in industrial management and journalism, an MBA in organizational behavior and organizational development, and a PhD in business administration, and he has additional postgraduate coursework in adult education.
