On the vNIC/vHBA Placement screen, the vNIC/vHBA placement order is configured. The default configuration is the Let System Perform Placement order. Other options include using a placement policy or manually ordering the placement of vNICs and vHBAs. Click on the + sign to create a new placement policy if needed:
