All these CODA functions can't operate directly using a STAN output, so we first need to transform it (this is done using the coda.obj function). These CODA diagnostics are usually used in conjunction with STAN's own diagnostics. It is important to always remember that apart from these tests, some judgment and visual inspection of all the chains is necessary.
