When we set the table records, accessibility to All application scopes, we can further restrict different table operations such as read, create, update and delete. Furthermore, we can check the Allow access to this table via web services to also allow table operations to be performed through web services.

The Allow configuration check box allows a table's configuration to be modified by artifacts in other application scopes.

We can allow read access to the data stored in the Booking Request table by simply ensuring the Can read check box is checked, as shown in the following screenshot:
