Psychological Self-Help Strategies
In Part 3 we will first consider something I refer to as “solutions that backfire.” Many people during very stressful times try their best to cope, but may inadvertently do things that ultimately make stress worse. It is important to spot these “solutions” and stop or change them.
Then we will launch into a host of different coping strategies that have been developed during the past 25 years that can help you gain control over distressing moods.
