This describes the plans of each department, group, or key individual for conducting the Business Plan successfully. Each of these entities should have their own goals and required actions.
B. Management team and organization chart
You should describe, in separate paragraphs, the qualifications of each member of the management team. Also, include an organization chart of the firm.
C. Implementation plans
This section should describe how you intend to make the Business Plan a success. Is it just a bunch of words, or do you have procedures or policies that ensure your success?
D. Risks
This describes the things that could go wrong, and things that are realistic but possible. For example, sales might be less than you now believe. Describe how this could happen, what the effect would be on the company, and what you’ll do if it happens.
