To get your elastic database pool up and running, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the SQL servers blade and click on New pool, as shown in the following screenshot:
- A new blade will open, and you will have to specify the following:
- Name: Specify a descriptive name for the pool.
- Configure pool: Specify a service tier:
- When you have finished, click on OK.
- To view and manage the pool after its creation, navigate to SQL elastic pools, in the same blade of the SQL Server that you are creating the pool in:
