When you perform a fresh installation and configuration of vRealize Operations, you will go through the following general steps:

1. Deploy the OVF to create a master node
2. Run initial setup to create a master node
3. (Optional) Set up data nodes
   1. (Optional) Enable High Availability
4. (Optional) Set up remote collector nodes
5. Log in for the first time in the product user interface
6. Configure the new installation
