The tools offered through Recruiting Solutions aren’t cheap, but they can help companies that hire a lot of professional people streamline the process and find the best talent.

LinkedIn Recruiting Solutions offers a variety of useful tools and features (some are also offered in the individual Talent Finder premium accounts). With Recruiting Solutions, you can do the following:

• Use very advanced search refinement filters.

• Target potential candidates based on company, location, industry, skills, keywords, and full user profiles.

• Contact candidates directly through InMail messages.

• Get access to InMail templates and send one-to-many InMails.

• Create project folders and reminders.

• Collaborate with team members using folders, searches, profiles, and candidate notes.

• Create automatic search alerts to find candidates that match your job criteria.

• Find candidates through your employees using the Referral Engine tool.

• Use search algorithms along with your employees’ referrals to get the best referral suggestions.

• Automatically send referral suggestions to employees’ email inboxes on an ongoing basis.

• Target and reach passive candidates based on the search criteria you select.

• Promote recruiting events.
