Follow these steps to duplicate existing blocks within the same page:

1. Click Pages | Add New to create a new page or the Pages | Edit link to edit a page.
2. Click the Add Block button.
3. Add a Paragraph block with some sample content. We can also configure the settings and styles for the block.
4. Click the More options button on the toolbar.
5. Click the Duplicate option.

Now, you will have a clone of the Paragraph block after the initial Paragraph block. You can use this method to duplicate any of the available blocks
