This field contains the information about the local time of the device when the message gets created. The local time is displayed in the MMM DD HH:MM:SS Timezone * . format. The timestamp messages are prefixed with a asterisk (*) or colon (:).
It is always recommend to use network time protocol so that the time information will be accurate.
