Azure Application Insights is extensible for a developer-designed  APM service that is available for multiple programming languages (for example, .NET, Java, or Node.js) and various platforms.

Azure Application Insights is the only service that is subject to constant change. Several times a year, there are updates to the service, and so it is virtually impossible to provide a complete description of the service.

But that should not stop me from providing you with at least a little overview to give you a better idea of Azure Application Insights.
