If you want to email an issue to other users in Jira, instead of having to manually copy and paste the issue's URL in an email, you can use the built-in share feature in Jira. All you have to do is go to the issue you want to share and click on Share, as shown in the following screenshot, or press S on your keyboard. Then, select the users you want to share the issue with and click on the Share button, as shown in the following screenshot:
If the user you are sharing the issue with does not have access to the issue, they will not be able to see the issue's details.
