The Permissions menu allows the management of user permissions for a particular virtual machine. It is possible to give multiple users access to the same virtual machine. Just click on Add to add users or groups already created by navigating to the Datacenter | Users and Datacenter | Groups menus. The following screenshot shows that our example VM has one user permission:
