If VirtualBox isn't running, please start it now. Once opened, you have a choice of starting either the 32-bit or the 64-bit Ubuntu virtual machine we created in Chapter 1, Setting Up the Lab. It doesn't really matter which virtual machine you use. Once you've made your decision and the virtual machine is running, open up the Terminal application and navigate to the ~/bac/Binary-Analysis-Cookbook/Chapter-05/[32bit or 64bit] directory, according to the virtual machine you chose to use for this recipe. Use the 32bit directory if you chose to use the 32-bit Ubuntu virtual machine, and the 64bit directory if you're working through this recipe on the 64-bit Ubuntu VM.
