Docker for Windows supports Docker Engine (server and client) with REST API, as well as CLI. It contains a docker GUI to control and configure the various aspects. You can also use Docker CLI, PowerShell, and Azure-related commands. There is an Azure Docker VM extension as well, which allows you to install and configure the Docker daemon, Docker client, and Docker Compose in your Linux virtual machine.
