Service ticket

Should support issues arise, you can open a service ticket with Microsoft. Resources will be assigned to assist you. Follow these steps to initiate a service ticket:

  1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com) with an account that has one of the roles required to create a support ticket.
  1. Click Support in the navigation bar, and then click New Service Request to launch the Support Assistant:

  1. If the support assistant is unable to answer your question, select the link at the button to Contact support.

Administrators can also see past service requests as well.
